February 17, 2012Borrowers are being urged to consider refinancing their home loans if the official rate cuts are not passed on by lenders. With the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is expected to announce further interest rate cuts in coming months, the major banks have announced that any further cuts may not be passed on to their customers.
